A special demo session of softwares and research prototypes is organised during the EGC 2019 conference, taking place at the Metz campus of CentraleSupelec from the 21st to the 25th of january 2019.

Every accepted proposal will be briefly presented in a plenary session and will have presented during a dedicated session on Wednesday, January 23rd, 2019 where in depth discussion will be possible. The evaluation criteria will be : the scientific content, originality and presentation of the demonstration.

A proposal consists of :

• An article of 4 pages
• A video of up to 4 minutes

Submissions

Submissions will be made electronically exclusively from the conference Easychair website: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=egc2019.

The article corresponding to the demonstration will have to be sent in pdf format exclusively, respecting absolutely the format RNTI latex accessible via the web site of the conference: http://www.editions-rnti.fr/files/RNTI-X-Y2 .1.ziphttp://www.editions-rnti.fr/files/RNTI-X-Y2 .1.zip.

Submissions that exceed 4 pages or do not meet the RNTI Latex format will not be evaluated. The video file of a few minutes will be limited to 50MB.

Important dates

    • Notification to authors : November, 24th, 2018
    • Final version of the article : December 10th, 2018
    • Presentation at the conference : January 23rd, 2019
